When we call out in prayer, those prayers rise up to Hashem, and they are saved and cherished like little flakes of gold. While not every prayer is answered immediately, no tefilah is ever lost. In time, each one returns to us—sometimes as a moment of profound breakthrough, and sometimes gently, piece by piece, like small flakes of gold falling quietly from the sky.
